The profile of the marketing coordinator:
The Marketing Coordinator's focus is to support the Industry Segment Team Leads, who has the ownership for the implementation of global strategy per target segment.

1. Product marketing activities: Develop product launch plans and support cross-functional business teams with market analysis and customer insights generation.
2. Design Value Propositions: Coordinate the development of value propositions for the target segment and support the subsequent testing/iterations and roll out with customers.
3. Marketing reporting and analysis:
a. Market and competitor analysis
b. Quarterly/monthly reports (PtO)
c. Customer satisfaction surveys
d. Portfolio management
4. Develop and manage business/marketing initiatives to reach and interact with customers via new channels (online/offline) e.g. open innovation forums, online product design competitions, new business model generation, etc.
5. Support in marketing business team meetings; prepare agenda, presentations, ensure alignment, make minutes and monitor actions.

Qualification:
Complexity of the position:
- Work in Matrix structure; aligning marketing priorities to sales priorities and to application development priorities (R&T)
- Lead and support marketing activities in cross functional teams
- Translate business segment strategies into operational marketing actions
- Manage influences from other processes (e.g. OtC) on own PtO-process-

Educational Level
- Master degree in marketing or marketing/technical direction.
