Akzo Nobel staat midden in de samenleving en is praktisch overal ter wereld aanwezig. We zijn 's werelds grootste verfproducent en in specifieke farmaceutische en chemische markten bekleden we prominente posities. Het is onze ambitie om in de markten waarin wij opereren één van de marktleiders te zijn.

Wist je bijvoorbeeld dat elk derde vliegtuig in de wereld is voorzien van onze coatings? En dat wij op het gebied van humane geneesmiddelen, zoals bijvoorbeeld anticonceptiepillen, aan de basis staan van een groot aantal innovatieve ontwikkelingen? Je begrijpt dat onze 61.500 medewerkers trots zijn op ons bedrijf. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan mensen en hun ontwikkeling. Onze collega's krijgen de ruimte om een echte bijdrage aan het resultaat te leveren. Eigen initiatief wordt op prijs gesteld en aangemoedigd. Verantwoordelijkheden
Je ondersteunt de mechanical engineer bij het vertalen van de behoeften van de klant naar een weldoordacht en goed uitgewerkt ontwerp, met oog voor HSE&S, kwaliteit, kosten, planning, duurzaamheid, internationale normen en natuurlijk klanttevredenheid. Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met klanten, medewerkers in de fabriek, aannemers en leveranciers. Van belang is ook dat je pro-actief meedenkt over mogelijke verbeteringen in apparatuur, instrumentarium en (productie)processen. We verwachten initiatief!

Functie-eisen
Voor deze functie komen we graag in contact met een startende HBO-ingenieur. Je bent sterk in het maken van ontwerpschetsen en calculaties met geautomatiseerde hulpmiddelen (AutoCad) en je vindt het spannend om met een creatieve, conceptuele insteek te werken aan heel praktische oplossingen. Dit vraagt om een flexibele, resultaatgerichte instelling en het vermogen zowel een ondersteunende als een initiërende rol te spelen in een multidisciplinair team. Je bent communicatief en redactioneel sterk. In het Nederlands, in het Engels en liefst ook in het Duits.

To further professionalize our ECM activities, specifically in the field of Web Content Management, we have a challenging assignment for a student intern for 3 to 6 months.

Responsibility
• You will setup a digital assets management (including governance and support model) using available solutions like Sharepoint /OneWeb Wiki, OneTube (for company confidential information) and YouTube (for public information).
• You will improve the current newsletter solution from a push message to a pull message solution. You will consider personalized or social media like solutions.
• You will setup the OneWeb portal for the AkzoNobel Office Management department. You will implement from A-Z (start with requirements, end with end user training/communication).
• You will setup a screen cast/webinar solution for AkzoNobel using existing solutions (WebEx recording, Screenr, MS Communicator, TelePresence, etc).

Job requirements / Candidate profile
• You are a bachelor (HBO) student, preferably in Media and Communications, approaching graduation
• You have affinity with Enterprise Content Management and Web Content Management
• You are a proactive person
• You are a team player who is also able to work independently
• You have excellent communication skills, both in English and Dutch

To further professionalize our ECM activities, specifically in the field of Archiving, Records Management and Application Management, we have a challenging assignment for a student intern for 3 to 6 months.

Responsibility
• You will setup an archiving policy and file/retention plan (from start to finish) for a headquarter department. This policy should be based on existing company guidelines. Support will be given by the Senior Archivist.
• You will setup a Zylab based archive environment for a headquarter department. This includes direct (web) access for end users. Special attention is required for security aspects and end user training.
• You will setup a governance and support model (including archive policy) for the Engineering project environments on Sharepoint/OneWeb.
• You will investigate a “fool proof” e-mail archiving policy based on available solutions. You will create a proof of concept and present it to the Content Management and Information Management test audience. It includes best practices and end user communication.
